1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of the JID Digital website and services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.
JID Digital is operated by John Isaacson Digital SPZ, based in London, United Kingdom.
2. Services
JID Digital provides marketing services including YouTube strategy consulting, video editing, podcast production, SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and related digital marketing services. Service details, deliverables, and pricing are agreed upon in individual client contracts.
3. Intellectual Property
Content created by JID Digital for clients becomes the client’s property upon full payment. JID Digital retains the right to use anonymized examples in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All website content, branding, and materials on this site remain the property of JID Digital and may not be reproduced without permission.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Standard terms include payment within 14 days of invoice. Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
5. Limitation of Liability
JID Digital provides marketing services on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, views, or revenue increases. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 30 days written notice. Work completed up to termination date remains payable. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
